Please read our online return and refund policy before making a purchase at www.giannicosta.com.au

We recommend all goods be inspected on receipt, to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and that the description presented online matches your purchase. 

We understand that you might need to return something to us for certain reasons. Please contact us before proceeding with any returns or refunds. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return and a copy of the invoice. Refunds will be processed promptly, upon timely receipt of the returned goods. Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier, without a verifiable tracking number you accept the risk and responsibility of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will be ineligible for replacement or refund. Refunds are made by the same method as the purchase payment. Refunds are processed within 21 days of confirming an eligible claim. 

All returns and refunds are made at the discretion of www.giannicosta.com.au 

www.giannicosta.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

  1. You changed your mind

  • We have a 30 day return policy for change of mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us up to 30 days after receiving your goods. We allow a choice of exchange, credit or full refund (excluding delivery costs, shipping costs and an additional 15% restocking fee). Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will incur the cost of any new shipping after your initial purchase.

  • Please choose carefully as returns or refunds are not provided for any custom orders, this includes all custom sizes, colours, cutting and drilling. Refunds will not be provided for custom orders where you have made a wrong selection when placing an order, we recommend you examine your selections and shopping cart closely before proceeding with your order.

  • All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, including all parts and accessories. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you (where you will incur the cost of redelivery to do so). No returns for installed items, previously installed or fitted items will not be valid for return.

  1. Goods damaged in transit

  • All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. We ask that you please inspect the goods immediately on receipt, to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit. If items arrive to you damaged, please contact us immediately. Failure to notify us of damaged items within 72 hours of receipt, will result in an ineligible claim and will not be accepted for return or refund.

  • We will replace damaged goods or goods with missing parts (where stock is still available, or you will receive a refund). Please include clear photos of any damaged goods and email us prior to sending anything back. This documentation is required for insurance, warranty, courier and warehousing purposes. Items returned prior to sending a claim via email (with photos) will result in an ineligible claim for return or refund. Please include a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur in your email to us.

  1. Faulty items

  • Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. All our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty.

  • If you happen to receive a product that is faulty, please contact us via email. We will then process the claim under manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranty varies with terms, conditions and requirements for different products and product ranges. Faulty items under warranty will be repaired or replaced. Faulty items are only subject to refund when an item does not do what it needs to do, has a manufacturers defect, is unsafe, or is not durable.
     

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase, either refund or credit, with an additional 15% re-stocking fee. Purchase invoice must be presented for returns. 

Refunds are processed within 21 days of confirming an eligible claim.

Installation of a product is deemed as acceptance of the goods and becomes property of the purchaser thereafter. 

 

Returns will not be valid for:

  • All custom orders

  • Installed or fitted products and items

  • Damaged items (except in transit)

  • Items with writing on box

  • Items not in their original packaging and condition

  • Drilled basins and benchtops
